When can I expect to receive my shipment?

Orders are prepared and packed within 1-3 business days at the warehouse (from the time you place your order). Then the order is shipped by Standard Shipping, normally it will take 7 - 15 business days, the order will arrive. Specific shipping times for each continent are as follows:

  • North America: 7-14 business days
  • EU & UK: 7-12 business days
  • Oceania: 7-12 business days
  • Asia: 7-14 business days
  • Central America: 7-20 business days

Why is my address not available for purchase?

We offer worldwide shipping to most addresses, with a few exceptions: small islands, small archipelagos, military addresses, and certain U.S. states (Connecticut, Colorado, Washington D.C., Missouri, North Dakota, Pennsylvania, Puerto Rico, and South Dakota).

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to customers in these regions. Please know that we are actively working on enhancing our transportation system to serve you better in the near future.

How can I track my order?

A tracking number will be provided to you in your Shipping Confirmation email. You can use the tracking number and track your order at our Track Order page.

What are your shipping rates?

Our shipping price is US$4.99 - US$6.99 for US, CA, UK and US$6.99 - US$8.99 USD for worldwide

Which countries do you ship to?

We currently support Worldwide Shipping (except for small islands or military addresses).

How can I change my Shipping Address?

Your order is only eligible to be modified within 02 hours of placing the order. You may contact us via support@bibliobloom.com to request for such changes.

Can I deliver to another address, other than my card billing address?

Yes, it is possible.

How is my order shipped?

Orders are shipped during regular business days, excluding holidays. Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following Monday.

* In case the package is not delivered successfully due to insecurity

In certain instances, our shipping partners face challenges reaching your doorstep (for example: if you're not home, lack a mailbox, or if feel there's no secure spot for the delivery). Not to worry though – If this happens, your order will be securely held at the nearest PO for your convenience. Kindly assist us by getting in touch with the PO to arrange for the pickup of your order. As a token of appreciation for your cooperation, we'll be refunding 50% of the shipping fee.

Please be aware that the PO can only hold the package for a limited time, approximately one week. If there's no contact made within this period, they will proceed with disposal. So kindly ensure prompt communication with the PO to secure your order. We won't be able to assist or take responsibility if the package is not collected within the specified timeframe.
