How can I contact Customer Support?

Ordering
How do I place an order?
It's a breeze! To get started, simply click on either the product image or product name to access all the essential item details. When you're ready to add an item to your order, enter your desired quantity into the Quantity box and then hit the 'Add to Cart' button.
When you're all set to check out, just click on the 'Checkout' button, conveniently located right after you've added an item to your cart.
You'll then be smoothly guided to the payment information page, where you'll fill out a few forms with your billing, shipping, and payment details. Once you've completed these steps, just give that 'Pay now' button a click, and you're good to go!
How can I edit or cancel my order?
If you change your mind about your purchase, please contact us here and provide your order number and the modification you would like to make. We’ll confirm once the modification or cancellation has been made.
Your order is only eligible to be cancelled and modified within 02 hours of placing the order. After that time, the order is locked for processing and can no longer be cancelled or modified.
NOTE: Please keep in mind that purchasing means accepting all the terms mentioned above.
How will my order be packaged?
We provide each product in a paper box designed by our team. Items are wrapped in bubble wrap for protection and placed in a standard delivery bag. Each package is labeled with the recipient's name, delivery address, and product name (excluding the price) for safe shipping.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all the major credit cards as well as Paypal. So whether you're using a Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Paypal account, we've got you covered.

Which countries do you ship to?
We're offer shipping to United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, New Zealand and Belgium (excluding islands, Alaska, and military addresses). If you're shopping from outside these locations, we'd love to assist you too! Just drop us a quick email at support@bibliobloom.com before making your purchase so we can explore the best shipping options for your unique location.
How much does shipping cost?
We have a fixed shipping rate of $4.99 USD to USA and $6.99 USD to worldwide.
Can I deliver to another address, other than my card billing address?
Yes, it is possible.
How do I send items to multiple addresses?
If you are ordering multiple quantities of the same item and wish to send them to different addresses, make sure to add each item to your cart separately. You will be able to specify the different addresses on the Shipping page in Checkout.
How can I track my order?
A tracking number will be provided to you in your Shipping Confirmation email. You may use the number and track your order at Track Order section
When can I expect to receive my shipment?
Orders are prepared and packed within 1-3 business days at the warehouse (from the time you place your order). Normally it will take 7 - 15 business days for Standard Shipping and 5 - 10 business days for Express Shipping , the order will arrive.
How can I change my Shipping Address?
Your order is only eligible to be modified within 02 hours of placing the order. You may contact us via support@bibliobloom.com to request for such changes.
Where is my order being shipped from?
Our products are manufacturerd in China.
We would love to manufacture our products domestically in the USA. We have looked at every opportunity out there to do it, however it’s just not feasible as the production costs would not allow us to offer a competitive price point to consumers.
We hand select each factory that we work with and work hard with them to ensure that each and every product is to the highest standard and is legally and socially carried out to our exacting standards.
We work hard with our partners in China to ensure that each and every cover meets industry standards for quality, safety, fair labor, ethical business practices and environmental responsibility.
What should I do if my order arrived damaged?
Oh no! We’re so sorry to hear that, and we want to get this fixed for you! While we take every precaution to make sure your items get to you safe and sound, accidents do happen!
Our Customer Happiness Team is here to assist you in processing a replacement or refund for your damaged items. Please contact us directly by 'Submitting a Request.'
Kindly include and attach pictures of the damaged items, along with your customer and order details and one of our Happiness team members will contact you.
My order hasn’t arrived yet. What should I do?

Refund & Replacements
Can I return or exchange an item?
We don't offer returns or exchanges at the moment. However, rest assured that if there are any issues with your order, our Refund & Replacements policy is in place to protect your rights.

Where is my refund?
If your refund is approved, the funds are applied to the same payment method that you used to buy the item. Here's how long it takes for a refund to appear on your account or statement:
- Credit Card: Up to 10 business days.
- Paypal: 3 to 5 business days.
