Do you have e-gift cards?
We don't have it yet but will deploy it later this year.
How can I edit or cancel my order?
If you change your mind about your purchase, please contact us here and provide your order number and the modification you would like to make. We’ll confirm once the modification or cancellation has been made.
Your order is only eligible to be cancelled and modified within 02 hours of placing the order. After that time, the order is locked for processing and can no longer be cancelled or modified.
NOTE: Please keep in mind that purchasing means accepting all the terms mentioned above.
Shipping
Which countries do you ship to?
We currently support Worldwide Shipping (except for small islands, military addresses and certain U.S. states) with Standard Shipping.
Why is my address not available for purchase?
We offer worldwide shipping to most addresses, with a few exceptions: small islands, small archipelagos, military addresses, and certain U.S. states (Connecticut, Colorado, Washington D.C., Missouri, North Dakota, Pennsylvania, Puerto Rico, and South Dakota).
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to customers in these regions. Please know that we are actively working on enhancing our transportation system to serve you better in the near future.
How much does shipping cost?
Depending on the item you purchase, the country of delivery and the shipping package you choose. You can go to the checkout page to check the exact shipping price of your package.
Is there additional import tax for shipping to countries outside the US?
We have paid in full so you will not need to pay any additional taxes.
How long is the shipping time?
Orders are prepared and packed within 1-3 business days at the warehouse (from the time you place your order). Normally it will take 7 - 15 business days for Standard Shipping and 5 - 10 business days for Express Shipping, the order will arrive.
Do you have Express Shipping?
We do offer Express Shipping. The average shipping time is 5-10 business days. Currently express shipping is only available to the following countries: United Kingdom, Australia, Germany, France, Italy.
Can I deliver to another address, other than my card billing address?
Yes, it is possible.
How can I change my Shipping Address?
Your order is only eligible to be modified within 02 hours of placing the order. You may contact us via support@bibliobloom.com to request for such changes.
How do I send items to multiple addresses?
If you are ordering multiple quantities of the same item and wish to send them to different addresses, make sure to add each item to your cart separately. You will be able to specify the different addresses on the Shipping page in Checkout.
Where is my order being shipped from?
Our products are manufactured in China.
We would love to manufacture our products domestically in the USA. We have looked at every opportunity out there to do it, however it’s just not feasible as the production costs would not allow us to offer a competitive price point to consumers.
We hand select each factory that we work with and work hard with them to ensure that each and every product is to the highest standard and is legally and socially carried out to our exacting standards.
We work hard with our partners in China to ensure that each and every cover meets industry standards for quality, safety, fair labor, ethical business practices and environmental responsibility.
How will my order be packaged?
We provide each book vase in a paper box designed by our team. Items are wrapped in bubble wrap for protection and placed in a standard delivery bag. Each package is labeled with the recipient's name, delivery address, and product name (excluding the price) for safe shipping.

How can I track my order?
A tracking number will be provided to you in your Shipping Confirmation email. You may use the number and track your order at Track Order section
What should I do if my order arrived damaged?
We’re so sorry to hear that, and we want to get this fixed for you! While we take every precaution to make sure your items get to you safe and sound, accidents do happen!
Our Customer Happiness Team is here to assist you in processing a replacement or refund for your damaged items. Please contact us directly by 'Submitting a Request.'
Kindly include and attach pictures of the damaged items, along with your customer and order details and one of our Happiness team members will contact you.
My order hasn’t arrived yet. What should I do?

Return & Refund
Can I return or exchange an item?
We don't offer returns or exchanges at the moment. However, rest assured that if there are any issues with your order, our Return & Refund Policy is in place to protect your rights.
Do you offer a money-back guarantee if there is a problem with my purchase?
If there is a problem with your package, please review our Return & Refund Policy to ensure you receive the best possible solution.
Where is my refund?
If your refund is approved, the funds are applied to the same payment method that you used to buy the item. Here's how long it takes for a refund to appear on your account or statement:
- Credit Card: Up to 10 business days.
- Paypal: 3 to 5 business days.
Book Vase
Do you offer custom designs book covers?
Unfortunately, we don’t offer custom book cover designs at the moment. But don’t worry — we have a curated selection of over 40 titles for you to choose from. Explore them now!
Is the acrylic book vase made from plastic or glass?
Our acrylic book vase is made from transparent plastic— a clear, glass-like material that’s more durable and less prone to breaking than glass.
Will the book vase get scratched or discolored over time?
As long as it's cleaned after use, the book vase is very resistant to scratches and yellowing. Many of our long-time customers have shared that their vases remain crystal-clear with a few faint scratches almost invisible after years of use.
What are the actual dimensions of the product?
We offer three types of book vases in the following sizes:
- 5.9"W x 1.6"D x 7.9"H — roughly the size of a standard hardcover novel
- 3.5"W x 2"D x 4.7"H
- 5.3"W x 2.5"D x 8.2"H
Can the vase hold water?
Absolutely! All of our book vases are watertight and safe to fill. Out of 100,000+ units sold, only a very small number have experienced leakage — but don’t worry, if that happens, we’ll replace it for you right away.
Is it sturdy enough to hold flowers?
Yes! Once filled with water, our book vases are stable and ready to hold your favorite floral arrangements. Feel free to check out our customer reviews to see how others are styling theirs.
Can it hold a large bouquet?
Definitely. With a vase opening as wide as a standard hardcover and added weight when filled, it’s sturdy enough for a full bouquet. Browse through our review section to see examples from happy customers.
What types of flowers look best with the book vase?
Customers often choose tulips, roses, peonies, sunflowers, and other soft-stemmed blooms. For the best aesthetic, we recommend using flowers with light-colored stems — they tend to complement the vase beautifully.
Bookmark
My acrylic bookmark looks cloudy and scratched. What should I do?
Don’t worry — your bookmark is covered with a protective film to prevent scratches during shipping. Simply peel it off before using!
Are the flower bookmarks made with real flowers?
Yes, the flowers and leaves inside our bookmarks are 100% real and carefully preserved through a drying process.

What will I receive when I purchase a gift card?
Once you purchase a Biblio Bloom Gift Card, you'll receive a unique code via email that can be used for purchases on our website.
How do I redeem my gift card?
You can redeem your gift card at checkout by entering it in the "Discount code or gift card" box and clicking apply.
