I purchased my Biblio Bloom vase after seeing an ad on Instagram and had been wanting to use the coupon code that was advertised. I realized after making the purchase that I had forgotten to add the code and immediately emailed customer service. They emailed me back right away and were happy to accommodate my request to add the code on after checkout. Throughout the delivery process I was in contact with customer service and they were so quick to respond and answer my questions. I just received this product and the quality is amazing. This is a beautiful product and the fact that you are made to feel important as a customer is the cherry on top. I highly recommend this company!
A Christmas present for my wife who loves books. It was easy to order from a variety of book options. It came from the USA and I was concerned as to whether it would be delivered efficiently. I was kept updated regularly and it did arrive after a couple of weeks and is a very nice looking vase. Happy with the purchase

Bought this for my sister in law for Xmas and it came packaged really well. It is absolutely gorgeous well worth the money and getting a free bookmark to go with it was a really lovely touch .
Saw these and thought what a great idea. Ordered this one as a gift for my friend and another one for me. Waited in anticipation. Arrived in good time, packed well and in a lovely presentation box. I will replace the bubble wrap with tissue paper to give as a gift. I love the idea you can collect them and store on a shelf just like a book. Good quality.
