We hope you love your Biblio Bloom order as much as we loved creating it. However, if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
I. Refunds & Replacements
If you experience any of the following, please report it to us within 10 days of delivery. We will gladly offer you a full refund or send a free replacement:

The item arrived damaged, broken, or not functioning properly.

Item received is different from the description.

Incorrect or mismatched size.

Missing or lost items.
What’s Not Covered
Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or free replacement for the following situations:

Requests made after 10 days of delivery.

Damage caused by misuse, mishandling, improper storage, or poor care.

Minor imperfections that are inherent to the handmade nature of our products, as noted on the product description page for our book vases.

Orders marked as delivered with valid proof of delivery provided by the shipping carrier, including GPS verification, photo evidence, or signature confirmation.
II. Return & Exchange Policy
Return & Exchange Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, please ensure that the following conditions are met:

Your return must be initiated and posted within 10 days of delivery.

All returned items must be in new and unused condition, in the original packaging.
How to Initiate a Return/Exchange

Contact our support team at support@bibliobloom.com or via our contact page.

Please provide: Your order number, reason for return/exchange, and clear photos of the item(s) and packaging.

Once your request is approved, please place the item(s) securely in the original packaging and ship them to: 570 Solon Rd, Bedford, OH 44146, USA.

After shipping the return, please send us the tracking number so we can monitor the package. Once the return is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange.
Important Notes

We do not provide prepaid return labels. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.

Return requests made after 10 days of delivery may not be eligible.

Returns sent without prior approval may be refused.
Refund Time
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase and may take several business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
