Every Bookbound Bag wraps and carries one book. The book stays tucked into the inner sleeves, so you can open the bag and read without taking it out. Choose the size that fits the book you carry most often.

• Size S: Fits books up to 13 × 21 cm and about 4 cm thick. It’s slim and light for novels, poetry and travel reads.
• Size L: Fits books up to 17 × 26 cm and 6 cm thick. It’s made for special editions and bigger reads.
• How to measure: Close the book and measure the cover width from the spine to the edge, the height from top to bottom, and the spine thickness. If all three are within a size’s limits, your book will fit.
• Fit tips: A snap fastener on the inner sleeve holds smaller books securely. If your hardcover has a dust jacket, measure it with the jacket on. A paperback will fit in Size L, but Size S holds it more snugly.

Before cleaning: Always remove your book from the bag.

Gentle cleaning:

• Leather: Wipe gently with a soft, slightly damp cloth. For marks, use a drop of mild soap, then wipe clean and pat dry.
• Canvas: Spot clean with a soft cloth, cool water, and a little mild detergent. Blot gently—do not rub.

Avoid: Do not soak, machine wash, or use bleach, alcohol, solvents, or harsh cleaners. For canvas, also avoid tumble drying and ironing.

Drying & protection: Keep away from direct heat and prolonged strong sunlight. Let canvas air dry naturally.

Extra care:

• Leather: Wipe metal hardware dry to maintain its shine.
• Canvas: Avoid rubbing against dark denim or dyed fabrics to prevent color transfer.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. For leather, keep upright and lightly stuffed with paper to maintain its shape. For canvas, use a breathable cotton bag when possible.
