How do I place an order?
It's a breeze! To get started, simply click on either the product image or product name to access all the essential item details. When you're ready to add an item to your order, enter your desired quantity into the Quantity box and then hit the 'Add to Cart' button.
When you're all set to check out, just click on the 'Checkout' button, conveniently located right after you've added an item to your cart. You'll then be smoothly guided to the payment information page, where you'll fill out a few forms with your billing, shipping, and payment details. Once you've completed these steps, just give that 'Pay now' button a click, and you're good to go!
How can I cancel or edit my order?
If you change your mind about your purchase, please contact us here and provide your order number and the modification you would like to make. We’ll confirm once the modification or cancellation has been made.
Your order is only eligible to be cancelled and modified within 02 hours of placing the order. After that time, the order is locked for processing and can no longer be cancelled or modified.
NOTE: Please keep in mind that purchasing means accepting all the terms mentioned above.
How will my order be packaged?
We provide each product in a paper box designed by our team. Items are wrapped in bubble wrap for protection and placed in a standard delivery bag. Each package is labeled with the recipient's name, delivery address, and product name (excluding the price) for safe shipping.
